Description

In the great times of the Commonwealth at the end of the 19th century, the English carried the fame of London Dry Gin around the globe. And at the latest since the cocktail and thus also the gin came into fashion in the 1920s, Finsbury has become virtually synonymous with England and its stylish “way of life”.
The distillation takes place in the single-batch process in old copper kettles of the distillery.
Tasting notes:

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Aromatic, elegant, citrus notes, fruit, spices.
Taste: Spicy, fruity, citrus, spices.
Finish: Long lasting.

Drink the gin pure, on the rocks, as a Finsbury Fizz or even as a gin and tonic.
