Purely Silver Is a white sparkling wine from the Grüner Veltliner (rich in finesse, slightly peppery in taste), balanced with the Welsch Riesling (elegant with a fruity structure). This Cuvée actually serves as the perfect aperitif. The BRUT has 10 g/l residual sugar and with its dry, tangy, slightly peppery taste it opens the »gate« to further culinary enjoyment. It is fresh, fruitful and lively sparkling wine prepared according to the tank or Charmat method. The basic characteristic of it is silver colour, which reminds us of the moon reflection. With thousands of silver bubbles, PURELY SILVER is great as a companion in an afternoon chat and absolutely on parties.
