DEMISEC – Purely Silver is a white sparkling wine from the Grüner Veltliner (rich in finesse, slightly peppery in taste), balanced with the Welsch Riesling (elegant with a fruity structure). This cuvée is actually the sophisticated accompaniment to food. It has between 32g/l to 34g/l residual sugar and is not only a culinary accompaniment but also a real “party star”. It can be delicious on its own or as a cocktail – Kir Royal, Hugo, orange sparkling wine… Purely Silver is a sparkling wine prepared according to the tank or Charmat method. Its basic characteristic is silver color, which resembles the moon reflection. With thousands of silver bubbles, PURELY SILVER is great as a companion in culinary experiences, next to a dessert, at an afternoon chat and absolutely on parties.
