Is a white fresh and lively sparkling wine from the Grüner Veltliner (rich in finesse, slightly peppery in taste), balanced with the Welsch Riesling (elegant with a fruity structure) – the Cuveé is actually the perfect aperitif. The brut has 10 g/l residual sugar and with its dry, tangy, slightly peppery taste it opens the “gate” to further culinary enjoyment.
Is a fresh, fruitful and lively sparkling wine prepared according to the tank or charmat method. The basic characteristic of this lively sparkling wine is its ROSE color, which is reminiscent of the eye of common quail. The chosen grapes from the Zweigelt are perfectly structured and refreshing.

This extraordinary fruit sparkling wine not only impresses with its appealing colour, but of course also with its delicate taste. Slightly bitter but very fruity taste as a pure drink is an irresistibly tart-fresh pleasure that is rounded off to perfection with a light sweetness. It is very suitable in the hot summer afternoons as an ideal refreshment with low alcohol.
