The brand Perrier Jouët found its beginning in 1811 and became a renowned champagne company.
The brand name comes from the name of the founder, Pierre Nicolas Marie Perrier, and his wife Adele Jouët.
The excellent quality distinguished itself early on – it actually supplied the royal houses of Napoleon III, Queen Vicotria of England and King Leopold of Belgium.
The company bottles around 3,000,000 bottles per year.
