Description

The special thing about this gin is that Albrino grapes (= Spanish white wine grapes) are distilled with 14 botanicals and traditional herbs, including juniper, eucalyptus, hibiscus, tea, lemon peel, verbena, liquorice and Frisian herb.
But also plant extracts are found in this distillate. For many, this gin has something of a herbal drink mixed by druids.

Distillation is followed by a very slow maceration in the traditional style.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Floral, lemon, rosemary, cinnamon, hints of juniper.
Taste: Mild, fresh, fruity, floral, notes of juniper and coriander,
Finish: Long lasting, woody, dry, cinnamon.

This gin tastes especially good as a gin and tonic, but it is also a real pleasure when served pure.
