Mozart products are produced in the city of Salzburg, the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, in the Mozart Distillery.
The dark chocolate liqueur is made from 87% pure cocoa macerate and fine tart dark chocolate. Bourbon vanilla and vanilla macerate give the liqueur a special touch. The cocoa comes from West Africa and is a blend of the Forastero and Trinitario varieties. The 30-day maceration of the cocoa beans and the bourbon vanilla in sugar fine brandy, contribute significantly to the taste. A small part of the cocoa macerate is stored in wooden barrels to give the Dark Chocolate the final touch.
