The Miguel Torres winery is located in Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain. Since its founding, the company has been growing year by year. Today, the winery covers more than 1,300 hectares of vineyards. The special wines are sold in more than 150 countries and have gained a high reputation worldwide.
The winery is breaking new ground with this non-alcoholic wine. There is only one significant difference in the production process. After vinification in stainless steel tanks, the alcohol is removed from the wine by a special process.
In a dual process, the alcohol is extracted with the help of circular conical acid.
