The driving force behind this renowned sherry house is not the Fino, but the Cream Sherry. Harveys Bristol Cream is bottled in deep blue bottles made from “Bristol Blue Glass”, which has been produced in Bristol since the 18th century.
Golden brown in the glass. In the nose notes of roasted nuts and grapes. On the palate sweet, balanced and smooth. Long lasting with a fine spicy finish.
Grape varieties: Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez.
Drinking temperature: 10-20°C.
This sherry tastes especially good with ice cream.
