Description

The Black Forest with its breathtaking landscape, its heights and valleys, is richly endowed by nature. The foothills, to which the Markgräflerland and Staufen belong, are particularly spoiled by the mild climate.
The seasons are distinct, but never too harsh. Ideal conditions for fruit growing – cherries thrive in a quality that is second to none.

The local sweet cherries used, such as the old varieties Dollenseppler, Schwarzer Schüttler and Benjaminler, come from the best locations of the Black Forest.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Aromatic cherries.
Flavour: Notes of almonds, hints of dark chocolate.
Finish: Long lasting, cherry fruit.
